It also enables non-residents around the world to order and send goods to their loved ones in Sri Lanka. Deliveries are restricted to the postcodes marked under the serviceable areas listed on our website. Customers can select from a wide range of products including groceries, dairy items, pantry essentials, poultry items etc. Please note that we do not offer frozen items or fresh vegetables. Our product offerings are constantly updated to reflect supply availability, customer demand, and quick delivery times to ensure relevance and quality.

To begin, simply register by entering necessary personal details such as your name, national identity card number, mobile number, email address, and delivery address. All fields are mandatory and must be completed in order to become an online delivery customer.

If you're an existing loyalty member with Maharaja Rewards and have signed up for the Maharaja Super app using your registered mobile number and NIC, your loyalty points will automatically be updated with each purchase. It's as easy as one (log in to Maharaja Super’s eCommerce platform), two (add items to your cart), three (checkout)! First, log in using your user credentials. Once you're logged in, simply browse and add items to your cart. You can also use the search icon to find specific products by name or category, and be sure to check out our special online promotional offers. Finally, review your order and delivery address, then proceed to checkout using your preferred payment method. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation notification with your final invoice.

At Maharaja Super, we offer a wide range of grocery items including spices, dairy products, and other household essentials. Please note that we do not deliver fresh vegetables, frozen items, alcoholic beverages, or tobacco products.

Forgot to add something? No problem! You can add or remove items from your cart before checking out. Just tap the Cart icon at the bottom-right of the screen to see your current items and their quantities. Adjust quantities using the increase (+) or decrease (-) buttons next to each product. The total price will update automatically.

Make sure to join the Maharaja Rewards Program to earn loyalty points on every purchase. Once enrolled and registered with your mobile number, your loyalty points will be automatically credited to your account after each completed order.

Customers can choose between card payments or COD.

Absolutely! We use trusted and secure payment gateways to process your transactions. You can rest assured that your payments are safe with us, whether you’re using VISA or MasterCard debit and credit cards.

Unfortunately, due to compliance with local regulations, we are currently unable to store your card details. We understand this might cause some inconvenience, but we are working towards enabling this functionality soon.

No, the only additional charge is the delivery fee.

Returns and Refund

No need to worry! We provide a hassle-free refund if you cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The refund will be processed to your chosen payment method within 3 business days after cancellation.

If you receive a damaged or unusable item, you can easily return it to our delivery agent. We highly recommend conducting a quality check when receiving goods from our delivery partners. If any issue is noticed after delivery, please contact our customer help desk within 2 hours of delivery for assistance.

Delivery Related

Yes, we offer island-wide delivery!

Absolutely! You can place an order for your loved ones with ease.

Currently, changing the delivery address post-order isn’t possible. For further assistance, please contact our customer service desk.

If the delivery package is opened or if any goods are not in a usable condition, you can refuse to accept the order. We strive to serve you better and ensure the best quality.

Though rare, if you receive any damaged or expired items, please inform the delivery agent and return the item(s) immediately. The agent will acknowledge the return, and our customer service team will assist you in receiving compensation. If you notice the issue after delivery, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours by calling us at 076 690 8990 or emailing us at supermarket@mfpe.com. We may ask for images of the item(s) to expedite the process.

If you ever have a negative experience, we apologize. You can lodge complaints in the following ways:

If you no longer want an item, you can return it to the delivery agent. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of chilled items unless they are damaged or expired. We advise customers to review their order carefully before payment to avoid returns.
